Our product selection may change from time to time.

We do not currently offer subscription products, digital products, or pre-order products unless clearly stated on a specific product page.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated transit time after shipment is generally 1–3 business days for the United States, Canada, and Australia.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs procedures, seasonal demand, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is USD $4.99 for orders under USD $49.

Standard shipping is free for orders of USD $49 or more.

Any applicable shipping charge will be shown during checkout before payment is completed.

9. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before an order has been shipped or produced.

If the cancellation is successfully completed before shipment or production, the customer will receive a full refund.

Once an order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it.

10. Address Changes

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information when placing an order.

If an address needs to be corrected, please contact us as soon as possible at support@ovalira.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to update the shipping address before shipment.

Once an order has already been shipped, address changes may no longer be possible.

11. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days after delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must generally be unused, in the same condition in which it was received, and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase may be required.

Customers are responsible for applicable return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or confirmed by our customer support team.

No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been processed, the time required for it to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Customers may contact us to request an exchange for an eligible product.

Exchange availability may depend on the product, condition of the returned item, and current inventory.
