This Shipping Policy explains our order processing times, estimated delivery times, shipping charges, and tracking procedures.
Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.
During periods of unusually high order volume, promotional events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, processing may take slightly longer.

Fulfillment Locations
Ovalira® uses multiple fulfillment locations.
Depending on product availability, inventory, and the delivery destination, orders may be shipped from different fulfillment facilities.
Estimated Delivery Time
After an order has been processed and shipped, estimated transit time is generally:
United States:
1–3 business days
Canada:
1–3 business days
Australia:
1–3 business days
These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs procedures, public holidays, incorrect delivery information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping Fees
Orders of USD $49 or more:
Free standard shipping.
Orders under USD $49:
USD $4.99 standard shipping fee.
Any applicable shipping charge will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
Order Tracking
Tracking information is provided for shipped orders when available.
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipment confirmation containing your tracking information.
Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after shipment.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at:

We will make reasonable efforts to update the address if the order has not yet been shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.
Additional Duties and Taxes
Ovalira® does not add separate import duties to the advertised product price unless clearly displayed at checkout.
Any taxes, duties, customs charges, or other government-imposed fees that may apply are subject to the laws and regulations of the destination country or region.
Delivery Issues
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check the delivery location and contact the shipping carrier.
