11. Shipping Charges

Standard shipping is:

• USD $4.99 for orders under USD $49
• Free Standard Shipping for orders of USD $49 or more

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

12. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been shipped or produced.

If the cancellation is successfully completed before shipment or production, you will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Once an order has already been shipped, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

No restocking fee will be charged for eligible returns.
